her thick glasses, her nose, her eyes, her wrinkles, her white hair and her wise smile... she somehow resembles my grandmother who lives in izmir. and in real, they are not so far from each other. great portrait with too much pp for her. a lighter, happier tone, i'd prefer...

I've been trying to work out what those things are in the background - snorkels and face-masks?
This is a good study of this old lady, Jerzy - a bit over-sharpened perhaps, but it does bring out the textures of her skin.
Something about her eyes bothers me though - they seem a bit cold and detached, and at odds with her smile. The mouth is smiling but the eyes are not - does that make sense?
Perhaps I'm looking too closely and seeing something that isn't there, because this really is a well-taken portrait.

The eyes are magnified by the glasses, the glasses are not that straight but the expression is splendid, the smile and the wrinkles and the air of gentleness and of wisdom... Seeing such portrait, I feel reassured about old age !

Pamietasz taki zaspolik jak Yazzo ? Vince Clark i Allison Moyet. Vince pozniej zalozyl Depeche Mode, Allison spiewa sama. Nie mniej jednak nagrali razem pare niesamowitych utworow. Miedzy innymi - HAPPY PEOPLE. I ten kadr tak wlasnie widze.
Jak niemasz tego kawalka to Ci go wysle w mp3.
