Photographer’s Note
The second of a short series of images from Lindos. The first image hopefully showed a timeless perspective of a traditional Greek village with fort / acropolis above.
This one demonstrates, to a limited extent, the way tourism has changed the area. Here the sunbeds, pedaloes etc don't seem to be too intrusive, but wait until the next image :-)

This is a very beautiful place and nice beach! I like the houses and the castle on the top. Nice light also.

Hi Keith, you have criticised my picture on a minor compositional issue of an otherwise perfect atmospheric shot. I would however be ashamed to post this out of focus, amateurish image of a wonderful place (I've been there too and posted some pics on TE and TL).
I agree however about the bloody tourism! I was there in 1969 - it was not known then and was completely unspoiled. Best, Jancsi
