Vytina:

Vytina is a mountain village and a former municipality in Arcadia, Peloponnese, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Gortynia, of which it is a municipal unit.The seat of the municipality was the village Vytina. The village is located at the foot of the mountain range Mainalo. The area produces marble, a variation called the Black of Vytina. Vytina is 10 km east of Levidi, 15 km northeast of Dimitsana and 24 km northwest of Tripoli. The Greek National Road 74 (Tripoli - Pyrgos) passes through Vytina. The ancient Arcadian city Methydrion was located near Vytina.

Hello Chris,
This is usually the kind of shop I go to when I spend my holidays in Greece. I usually buy olive oil, black olives, orange honey and some herbs for cooking. Nice presentation of this traditional food store, with plenty of good and healthy stuff. I like the warm colours and the fine perspective you chose to take the shot.

I´m a huge fan of such street photography.Your composition is really well considered and executed.The store looks inviting with all these bio and regional goods.You chose here good perspective to present this scene.The diagonal line as a result of chosen POV makes the shot attractive.Also colors you captured are magnificent.

interessante negozio con i prodotti tipici, mi piace l'ordine che c'è nei prodotti, spesso ho a che fare con i commercianti, questo sembra sappia il fatto suo.

πήγα κάποτε στη Βυτίνα, πριν από αρκετά χρόνια, και θυμάμαι πολύ καλά αυτά τα χρώματα. Η σύνθεση σου έχει δώσει καλή προοπτική στην πρόσοψη του καταστήματος και σου έχει επιτρέψει να συμπεριλάβεις εκτός από τα θαυμάσια παραδοσιακά προϊόντα και την πέτρα και το ξύλο που χαρακτηρίζουν τα κτήρια και το ύφος της πόλης. Μου αρέσει πολύ ο φωτισμός και η καθαρότητα της εικόνας που βοηθούν τη μνήμη να ανακαλέσει αρώματα και γεύσεις. Συγχαρητήρια και ευχαριστώ!

I'm very disappointed for not seeing Ouzo or Metaxa 12 stars spirit bottles spread out here and there through the stall of those goods that look so attractive for tourists who want to discover "the local flavor"!

The best Spice shop that I have even seen is in Dubai.
Your photo is from a very good angle..... so we can see a bit inside as well.
Colours are very rich ...... the whole scene is very inviting.
