this photo was taken at menalo ski resort. This is one of the easy downhills, although its more of a stroll through the woods than a downhill. its nice because you ski through the forest and in a way forget that you are at an organised ski resort.while you go through the woods, you find a chalet, that serves the best soups (eventhough they are bit expensive, but worth it)

Really nice place for skiing. I like such remote places, away from "traffic". Good vertical framing but some things could be improve here. People are too far, it would be much better to have them in "strong" point of the frame, closer. It is also difficult to shoot from the shaded place and have such lit hill on the background. My solution is to set exposition on the bright areas, and than, in post process lighten up the shadows and, if necessery, darken highlights. My thoughts only. Hope You don't mind.
