Strange style church Photo

Photographer’s Note

This church is supposed to be a Orthodox church, but the one who built it (it is a private building) wanted to add his own creativity, combining many styles of churches from many religions as you can see at the right, with ancient helenic style buildings at the left.

After joining the photos at the large version, i did some unsharp mask, auto colors and auto brighness. I tried to select the clouds with the magic wand tool to make them darker as they where in reality, but that created a darker line between the clouds and the mountains, so i gave up the idea.

About the photo...I like the composition and the colors.

γειά σου Σωτήρη.πολύ καλή φωτογραφία.αν κ λίγο σκοτεινή,ταιριάζει με το κλίμα.κ τα χρώματα πολύ ωραία,φαίνονται καλύτερα στη μεγάλη φωτό.

Hello Sotirios,
Very beautiful church,
you make the colours stand out inspite of the light.
I think in this case you should have cropped the left hand side as the road takes a way abit of the mystery of the place.

Very strange church, at first sight its look like a chinese temple but when I read the note i've find it very funny.

Hello Sotirios,
I can see your mastering of technique getting better every day. It is really a very good view which was not easy to realise because of the light at this moment.
But you managed it and this building is still contrasting with the general gray atmosphere. Well done.
