Nafplion (Modern Greek: Ναύπλιο, Nafplio) or Nauplion (Greek: Ναύπλιων, Naupliōn) is a seaport town in the Peloponnese in Greece that has expanded up the hillsides near the north end of the Argolic Gulf. The town was the first capital of modern Greece, from 1829 to 1834. Nafplion, with a population of (13,822) is the capital of the prefecture of Argolis and the province of Nafplion.

Geia Sou George,
excellent nightshot of the night Nafplion! I like the sharpness, the colors and the catch of the night lighting. The exposure is just right, giving some really good colours and you have great detail visible also. Nice positioning, including the reflection off the water. I like the subtle way the old castle dominates the scene.

Bonjour,
belle photo nocturne de cette ville illuminée et de toute beauté.
Ces lumières de teintes différentes, douces pour certains endroit, plus forte pour d' autre donne tout son effet a votre photo.
