Τους λενε ετσι γιατι στέκοντε στη θέση τους για όλη την περίοδο του Καρναβαλιού
Μπαστακας ειναι αυτός που στέκεται και σε παρακολουθεί

They have this name because they stant in their place for the all period of Carnival.
