Tsamadou beach
Samos island

The 400-meters-long pebbly beach of Tsamadou is situated some 12,5 kilometers far from the town of Samos at the Northwest; the sea is very clean and not very deep, but it is not protected from the northern winds that raise high waves when blowing. The beach is found a bit off the circular road of the northern coast connecting the town of Samos with Karlovasi, in short distance after Kokkari.

Hello Costantino,
The shot is well composed with the curved beach in the foreground drawing the viewer in and acting as a pointer toward the distant coastline. I like the lighting and the contrasting shades of turquoise and blue offered by the sea. Also, the slightly misty atmosphere.

Lovely seascape and excellent vantage point and I love the subdued light and slight grey sky. It's nicely framed with great perpspective, diagonal beachline with dropping headland superbly filled the corner of frame. Lots of fine detail and sharpness with good texture and beatiful blue water adds the contrast. Nicely done, TFS.

The blue colour of the sea is in a good harmony with the mountains far away. The shallow part has an enjoyable greenish hue and beach is also very attractive. A beautiful summer capture!
