First , congratulations for your 1300 posts on TE . This is here a striking picture . The old ruin is a superb subject . I like the composition , with the tiny chapel in the far at the top of the hill . The contrast between golden stones and grass and the blue of the sky is superb . Fantastic clouds , too .

this one has an HDR type of look to it.
the lighting is very attractive from the very front to the very back areas of the frame.
love the textures on the stone too.

Beautiful detail and color in this shot. I love the way the clouds seem to be all pointing towards the ruin. Incredible sharpness and detail throughout. Love the browns in the windmill.

Υπέροχη σύνθεση, Βασίλη!

Το πινελάκι της επεξεργασίας έκανε πολύ καλή δουλειά, ανέδειξε τις κρυφές χάρες του σκηνικού, ξεκινώντας από τα σύννεφα και καταλήγοντας στην υφή της πέτρας. Το χρώμα αρκετά κορεσμένο και η οξύτητα σε υψηλό επίπεδο!

Η «αδυναμία» σου σε τέτοια θέματα είναι άξια προσοχής!
Συνέχισε, κάνει καλό!

Hi Vasilis,
Congratulations to all these contributions! Another interesting picture here with strong brown and blue colours in an attractive combination. A fine balance between the closest hur and the white house on top of the hill.

Συγχαρητήρια για την 1300 φωτογραφία σου. Εύχομαι να τις εκατοστήσεις. Μια σύνθεση που σου δημιουργεί έντονα συναισθήματα. Τα απομεινάρια του παλιού μύλου με τις καφέ-μπεζ και πορτοκαλί πέτρες να έρχονται σε αντίθεση με τον μπλε ουρανό. Πολλές δυνατές λεπτομέρειες.

Καλησπέρα Βασίλη,
μια πολύ ενδιαφέρουσα σκηνή που έχεις απόδώσει με καλλιτεχνικό ένστικτο και συναρπαστικό αποτέλεσμα. Εκτός από το βάθος της σύνθεσης και τον διάλογο των δύο κτισμάτων, αυτό που καθηλώνει τον θεατή είναι η έντονη αίσθηση των υφών, ο δυναμισμός του ουρανού και τα υπέροχα χρώματα -ιδιαίτερα η εκπληκτική ποικιλία αποχρώσεων στο τοπίο. Συγχαρητήρια και ευχαριστώ τόσο γι' αυτή την εικόνα όσο και για τη συνεχή αναζήτηση ή ερμηνεία της Ελλάδας μέσω των φωτογραφιών σου.

I remember seeing this place on one of your photos! It's really impressive, the ruins and the place.I like the composition with the white chapel in background. Very good colours and sharpness and a magnificent sky.
