Mayby you should just croped a little the top of the picture, but it's my guess.

Yes, is a good composition, and also the perspective (the line of the shore).
But overcoat has a magnific colours (the sky is wonderful) and a good contrast.
Only... I imagine that you has seen: is so tilt.
But you are right: the view to the sea is magnificient.

Its a very nice picture with great tones in the sky. I also like the group of girls walking towards us. I have made a WS to correct the tilt,
