Photographer's Note

This is the world wide known Olympus mountain. Here is at the altitude 700-900meters. We can see the Gorge of Enipeas, Enipeas is the river that flows there and on the top we can see the old and destroyed from the german aircrafts in WWII monastery of Saint Dionusios from Olympus. The monastery is being rebuild to become as it was before the Germans. This is a fantastic route. You start from the village of Litochoro and you go by the stream (river) to the souce after passing the forest, the gorge, the monastery and many many beautiful wooden bridges. Route is about 5-6hours.

Enjoy!
