excellent composition and view of the lake. the fishing boat with the two men is of course great, but what i like even more are
the partly colorful houses on the hill on the left side - it all looks so peaceful, if it was not for the dark dramatic sky -
did it rain? well done & best wishes, thor.

Hallo Evangelos,
also kann ich feststellen, dass wir beide der Minderheit der Männer gehören, die nicht begeistert angeln. (In Szolnok darf man so etwas nur ganz leise sagen, sont wird man als naturfremd beurteilt - Jäger ausgenommen.) Ja, aber die Schönheit der Natur können auch wir genießen. Mir gefällt die konsekvente diagonale Komposition. Schön und stimmungsgerecht sind auch die Farben.

Hi Evan,
Dimitris must miss his native Kastoria very much and thanks to you he gets a daily dose of this beauty. The fihermen seem to be enjoying the lovely lake also as they ply their daily trade. The lovely old homes of Kastoria stand out well against the blue lake and cloudy sky.

I like the POV and the feeling of quiet that comes off the setting! Fishing in a lake must be very soothing, (Is there a lot of fish in the lake?) and it must be great living in the houses that look over the lake!
