Hi dear Evan,
A simple scene, whic could be seen everywhere, but you have seen it from a different pov and createted a real "art" ! Amazing the colorfull wild plants in the foreground, struggling through the rocks and calm sea et the background.

Kalimera Vangelis,
schöne Farben und eine gute Linie des Abhangs als Diagonale im Bild. Die Blumen und Steine vorn sind gut abgebildet. Schade, dass die Bäume nicht ganz im Bild sind. Deine Note, dass dies ein Platz zum Genießen der Natur ist, kann ich mir gut vorstellen.

The gentle light shows the rich colours of the flowers very well. Your POV, bringing the flowers into close-up, and the composition, which gives them 2/3 of the frame, are very effective.

Spring is my favorite season with colorful flowers, trees with alive leaves, blue sky, not too cold or too hot...
And you are absolutely right about sharing a spring photo before it passes :)
Colorful flowers on the rock surrounded by grasses..
Very simply, an everyday view.. But the way you present is really beautiful.

You use excellent the slope as diagonal line, where we also can see the wild flowers in different colours.
Between the trees the fantastic lake, what a very quiet place for a good strolls or a bike trip.

There is so much colour packed into a small space. I like your POV with the sea beyond. I once visited Crete in the spring and loved to see flowers that we would not see here in the UK until the summer.
