Photographer’s Note

Actually my wife took this one. You know when you are driving and you see the perfect shot and its impossible to stop. I was on the main highway to Halkidiki. I asked my wife to take the shot. She had never touched the camera before. O.k. a little pp here: some cropping, the removal of a cable and some sharpening.
The mountain on the left is Kissavos 1978m and on the right Olympos 2917m (about 10,000ft). There is a famous folk song about a fight between these two mountains. Maybe someone can tell me more about this.
The distance from here to the other side of the Thermaic gulf is about 60 kms.
