The place that you see is a platform as balcony to the rock From there became the pictures that you have seen those who have visited my gallery the previous days. These photos of shipwreck Zakynthos captured from this platform, 200m above the sea level. The view is amazing, the colours memorable and noticeable. The most beautiful beach of Zakynthos and one of the five or six most photographed beaches of all Greece.
Accessible only by sea, it gives you the idea of hugeness and perfection. It consists of millions of small pebbles with the blue shades of the sea as far as the eye can see, it results unique in its gender and the relict looks like if it was made by an artist.
Arriving by caique, the tall lateral walls hide the island till the last minute when out of the blue you get a complete view of the bay.
Waters around Navagio(shipwreck) often have electric (turquoises) light blue colour because of the numerous sulphurous caves around the beach and when the sea is rising a large quantity of sulphur radiates, giving the possibility of taking beautiful pictures.

Bonjour Georgios,
on ne se lasse pas des photos de ce beau pays, mais encore moins de celles où brille le soleil, car ici en Belgique on n'est aps loin de battre les records de minimum d'ensoleillement.
Des couleurs magnifiques qui explosent sur l'écran.
Excellent cadrage et un horizon très bien placé.

The shipwreck is very famous and the view of it dramatic, but this is the first time I have seen the viewing platform. I love the vivid colours, possibly enhanced thanks to your polariser. Well done

An excellent composition. I like the inclusion of the crowd which adds more colours to a landscape which is already very colourful. For those in the Southern Hemisphere, we can only admire your summer days

Georgios, this is quite a series of shots, I love the allure of the shipwreck in the isolated beach, a wonderful imagination grabber. Color and detail in all of the shots are excellent and overall a great capture I think.
