A perfect choice of perspective along the beach and combined with the low angle you have managed to capture great depth.You've created a clever illusion as it looks as though the image is made up of 4 seperate pieces that have been put together.Simple in its beauty......nice work.

bello questo primo sole che bacia la bellissima spiaggia di Porto Katsiki. Mi piace la scelta di lasciare queste ombre così dure a contrasto col mare smeraldo e il cielo turchese. Sono dei bei contrasti cromatici, bravo! Bella (e forse obbligata) la scelta dell'inquadratura verticale.

splendida! Un'immagine semplice ma di grandissimo impatto visivo, composta con grande attenzione ai particolari.
la linea creata dalla schiuma del mare continua idealmente col profilo del roccione dividendo piacevolmente l'immagine in due parti.
Ottima la scelta del verticale.

lo so che mi ripeto sempre con questa storia che la velvia e' la velvia... ma e' vero! ma guarda che colori!!
complimenti per la disposizione degli spazi in questa foto - quasi una suddivisione in spicchi (il cielo, il mare azzurro, la schiuma bianca, la sabbia dorata, la roccia) che si susseguono con colori diversi e contrastanti...
una foto che fa passare la voglia di lavorare immediatamente =)

Hello Stefano,

A very good composition playing with the areas in light and in shadow to build the volume.
Perhaps a bit too dark on the cliff in background, but as it is coming from scanned slide, it should be better on the film. Not easy to scan when there is a strong contrast.
