Photographer’s Note

The new fortress is placed just above the old port and it’s full of underground tunnels that run till the old fortress and the old Corfu town.
Maybe less fascinating than the old one, the new fortress deserve to be visited just for the marvelous view you can have from its top.

Παρόμοια με μια προηγούμενη φωτογραφία σου, αλλά νομίζω ότι αυτή είναι ακόμα πιο εντυπωσιακή, έχει περισσότερα επίπεδα, και πιο εντυπωσιακή προοπτική! συγχαρητήρια!

Hello Vasilis,
You've produced a fine graphic image as well as an excellent record of this important historic feature. I imagine the lighting was hard to manage -- but it's well done. Does the picture also say something about maintenance? The tunnel looks a bit fragile.
