This picture was taken at Monodendri Beach in Paxos Island (Ionia sea)
In Greek mythology, Poseidon created the island by striking Corfu with his trident, so that he and wife Amphitrite could have some peace and quiet.
There are ferry and jetfoil connections daily with Kerkyra (Corfu) and with the mainland at Parga and Igoumenitsa.

This is a very good capture of people enjoying the beach, everyone is placed so well in the frame, excellent composition. The blue water looks so inviting, the lighting is excellent with great depth too. Thanks for sharing.

Geia sou Agni,
for sure two of the most famous ionian islands are Paxos and Antipaxos, the beaches there are incredible; unlikely i´ve seen the islands only from the shoreline of Parga and Lotusa, both located on the mainland as to be seen in the back of your splendid capture..
have a nice afternoon, kalo apogeyma, Bernd

Γεια σου Αγνή,
Πολύ ωραία φωτογραφία με εξαιρετικά χρώματα. Όλες οι αποχρώσεις του μπλε βρίσκονται στην θάλασσα και στον ουρανό.
