Another picture taken during a week's break in northeast Corfu in September/October last year and one which brightens my mood during the cold and miserable winter we are enduring in Scotland just now.
Not quite an "infinity pool", because our villa was a couple of hundred feet above sea level, but the little pool here was a lovely place beside which to relax and enjoy the view. Here you can see Albania, only about 2Km away across the Ionian Sea.
You can see another view of the pool here. We would certainly recommend this place for anyone wishing a relaxing holiday "away from it all" in Corfu - you can read more about this little villa here.
Shot in RAW using a polarising filter and converted and edited in PSE6.

Hello John - Very nicely saturated colours with good contrast. The clouds have been handled perfectly. An attractive landscape well composed and beautifully managed. TFS best regards Rosemary

Spectacular, with quite highly saturated colours that work very well in this shot. The billowing white clouds and their reflections add a lot to the composition. A very pleasing effect.

there are so many great elements that make this photo such a pleasure to view.
first of all, i admire the composition, as you placed the 1.60 at the bottom. also, the reflections in the pool are fantastic, and the depth way into the bg is very clear.
wonderful idea to capture this scene in this matter.

Ciao caro Giovanni
What a lovely place you stayed at. The infinity pool (or near-infinity pool) has had a marvellous optical illusion on the image. I love the reflections and those clouds are spectacular. Beautiful blue tones all round and superb compositional skills.
Un abbraccio e buon Venerdi
