Photographer’s Note

Walking on the lakeside road of the beautiful town of Ioannina on a foggy day. A priceless, timeless experience! Nothing seems to matter, not the seconds passing by, nor the coordinates. You are simply out of time, out space!

In this one I used a "cool" blue filter, in WORKSHOP a diferent b&w conversion with sepia toning.

Esta imagen, al igual que la anterior tiene un toque muy mistico y al mismo tiempo placentero. Como tu dices, el brumoso día es una inspiracion para sentirse libre de las congeturas del tiempo y espacio. Para mi, esta foto seria muy dificil de tomar, ya que pienso se debe tener experiencia para captar no solo la imagen bajo dificiles condiciones sino tambien para retratar con emociones los sentimientos envueltos en la atmosfera mistical y sutil.
Tu sabes? durante mi ninez y hasta los 18 anos, yo escribia bastante. Hasta un lapiz me inspiraba. Tenia un un librito lleno de pensamientos y algunos poemas(mas de 150). Lamentablemente, cuando me mude para Miami, no se donde la estravie. Estaba de luto! Senti como si se me hubiera muerto un hijo! Fue una perdida que NUNCA voy a recuperar. En esa epoca las ideas fluian de forma muy bella, hace anos ya no se me ocurre nada! :(

Me gusta mucho tu foto con tonos grises, algunos claros otros mas oscuros, has hecho un buen uso de la exposición produciendo una magnifica composición. La presencia del sol produciendo unos interesantes reflejos en las nubes es muy bien vista.

The way you have composed this picture created a mysterious place and very dark athmosphere, like a scene from dracula movie...I think b&w is the perfect choise for this kind of picture. Well done Hercules....
