Photographer’s Note

Here you can see Molos, the little "harbour" of Ioannina town, on lake Pamvotis, the place from where the boats for Nisaki, the little island of the lake depart. In the background you can see a small part of the lakeside road, that goes all around the castle of Ioannina, starting from "Kyra Frosyni" leading to "Naftakia. You can also see the minaret of Aslan Pasha Mosque,

Nice picture with a great DOF once again. The bike and the boat ensure that both ends of the frame are filled out and the scene in between is nice to look at as well. Really a beautiful scene that looks quite northern European to me.

Hercules,
you certainly have a good feeling for the right light and colors. This one is a good example again. The colors of the trees are great, the reflections of it in the water is marvelous and just that would have been enough, but no you needed that detail of colors in the sky to boot. Not quite sure about the bike in this composition. I am trying to subtract it to see what impact it makes.

buena combinación de blancos, la bicicleta y el barco. Pero lo más bonito es el paisaje del lago y la coloración de otoño en los árboles.
El cielo está precioso, y me gusta el detalle del minarete y la mezquita que se asoman tímidamente al fondo de la imagen.
Bellos colores y texturas, en un excelente trabajo con la luz, y en un encuadre muy elegante.

what a beauty. The colors are enough for a stunning shot, but this red boat (Canon red, I like that ;-)) and of course the lone bicycle are jsut superb. A beauty, I really like it, as usual great work my friend!

A wonderful sunset / loate evening shot with the soft pastel reds in the sky contrasting well against the blue grey clouds. Nice reflections in the water with the boat & bicycle adding dual focal points. Tfs!

Me gusta la composición. Es sencilla pero el juego de líneas horizontales dice que la foto es más complicada de lo que parece. Pese a eso, me gustaban más las otras.

What a lovely composition. The various focal points are nicely scattered through the image such as the mosque, bicycle and the boat. Excellent exposure and nicely saturated.

Wow! It looks amazing. The exposure of the sky and the ground are controlled perfectly. The calm waters also look inviting. Good composition and colours too.
