Photographer’s Note

Photo taken from the lakeside road of Ioannina, those "resting places" for the birds of the lake once again (a favourite subject). You can see here the "back" side of the islet of the lake where most of its monasteries are. You can also see up on the mountain the martyric village of Ligiades, often called "The balcony of Ioannina". Many of the photos I have posted from Ioannina were taken from that beautiful village.

¡Qué nitidez y limpieza! Una definición perfecta, parece que podemos tocar las cosas. Además de eso, es la composición, la fuga a la derecha, los coloresy la luz... las dos torres en el agua... muchos elementos y ninguno distrae del conjunto. Muy lograda!

Even though I don't prefer taking such photos, I really admire landscape photography...
Beauty of nature and color range are always fascinating... One of the best examples of such photography for me.
Contrast, sharpness, saturation... they are all so natural, so real... almost makes me feel the moment..

Ηρακλή καλησπέρα,
πολύ καλή γωνία λήψης που σε συνδιασμό με το εξαιρετικό φως και τις αντανακλάσεις στην επιφάνεια της λίμνης,κάνουν το σκηνικό ονειρώδες.Το φως που πέφτει στην ξύλινη κατασκευή και χρησιμοποιείται από τα πουλιά, έχει γράψει έξοχα.

Not only this place looks fantastic, but also the definition of this image is great! Luminosity, reflections, the smooth texture of the water... Dynamism provided by the clouds giving the impression of movement...and the capture of the bird is also a nice detail to look!

There is a nice symmetry here that offers the viewer a pleasing image. I like thos whispy clouds that line the shoreline. I would make Ioannina a destination if I ever get to Greece again. My first and only visit was in 1979 and I enjoyed every minute of it.

Muy buen paisaje de tan bello lugar, me gusta mucho el reflejo en el lago. Tu POV, colores y definicion están muy buenos. Un sitio que parece muy tranquilo y agradable.
