Photographer’s Note

A night view of the beautiful town of Ioannina, taken from the opposite side of the lake, from a place called Drabatova. It's the place where the inhabitants of the islet of the lake, leave their plavas (boats of the lakes) and their cars.

Hello Hercules,
The 'explosion' of red from the clump of grasses makes a wonderful foreground for this lake scene. These lights are equal to any firework display! the softness of the cloud enhances the sharpness of the points of light.

I really like this shot as you have captured movement in the clouds that provides that soft look to the sky. The light on the tree or shrub on the right adds a nice touch. Nicely done. How did you handle the noise or did you have any with the 1Ds?
