The Bridge of Arta is a stone bridge that crosses the Arachthos river (Αράχθος) near the city of Arta (Άρτα) in Greece. The bridge became famous from the eponymous legendary folk ballad, According to the folk ballad of the acritic songs family, every day 1300 builders, 60 apprentices, 45 craftsmen or masons, under the leadership of the Head Builder, tried to build a bridge the foundations of which would collapse each morning. Finally a bird with a human voice informed the Head Builder that in order for the bridge to remain standing, he must sacrifice his wife. As the wife is being killed, being built in the foundations of the construction, she utters curses that conclude with blessings.

"The Bridge of Arta" begins with the verses:

Forty five master builders and sixty apprentices
a bridge they were building at the river of Arta
All day they built it, and in the evening it collapsed

A very beautiful bridge photo at night. The colors and the lights are excellent. The reflections on the water are very nice. The fences, street lamp, flowers and the house at the other side of the bridge are very lovely,

Παναγιώτη γεια

Πολύ όμορφη νυχτερινή λήψη. Καλό κοντραστ και αρκετα καλές λεπτομέρειες. Ίσως λίγο ποιο θερμοί τόνοι δεν θα την χάλαγαν. Θα ήθελα να ξέρω αν στο PP χρησιμοποίησες DRI (πολλαπλές λήψεις).

Πολύ εντυπωσιακή λήψη, συγχαρητήρια πιο πολύ μου αρέσει που τράβηξες με διάφραγμα 16 και φαίνονται όλα καθαρά τοσο τα κοντινά οσο και τα μακρινά.Εχώ επισκευτει το μέρος αλλα πάνε χρόνια κι εδώ μας το παρουσιάζεις στα καλύτερά του.

Hi,
It's great picture. excellent omposition!! Night colours across the river well captured and perfect lighting at thebgning. The reflections makes very good feeling. The brindge looks very odd style. I am surprised is it still opened for traffic or not.
