[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
On a mission to find the delicious sweet greek pastry dish of baklava-we found this wonderful back street bakery near the harbour in Paleochora.
As you can see, the cakes and tarts were mouthwateringly delicious-we became familiar faces to the girls behind the counter by the end of the week.

Hi David, I love baklava too. My absolute favourite - with a little ice cream - heaven! The colours are delicious, and the way the light reflects off the clear glaze is very well done. I can almost taste them from here.
