Photographer’s Note
Greece without the sun. A big storm and the sea goes wild. Not much to do but take out my camera. Not sure I like Greece without it's summer clothes. No cicadas, no blue skies,no sweet scent of dried herbs, no lizards or swallowtail butterflies. Without this beautiful camouflage you are forced to notice things that otherwise you would turn a blind eye to. The litter, the rats (storm drowned and lying bloated on the beach)the traffic choked streets and the sprawl of ugly concrete buildings.Hania's saving grace is it's old town area with the venetian buildings.

Hi Bev! I can surely feel the strong waves and the big storm coming in. I have to agree with your notes, the beaches of Greece are much better with the sun and colors all around. rgds.
