[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is a photo I took today, during a short ferry ride from Evoia (Ευβοια) to Oropos. We were actually returning home, after a very nice day spent at an relative's country house.

Today was Kathara Deytera ( meaning approximately "cleansing [or cleansed] Monday) in the christian orthodox calendar. The markets are mostly closed, so it is a perfect chance for many Greeks to head to the country, and on Monday afternoon this massive exodus is reversed, with tens of thousands of Greeks flocking back to Athens.

About the photo: A textbook candid shot, to the poont of bordering on cliche. However, I think the execution has been good enough to warrant its upolading on TrekEarth. The only PP is a bit of straitening and sharpening in picasa.
