Photographer’s Note

I was waiting for the train in order to get home.
I was very tired very cold and it was very late.
The position where i stood inspired me to capture my feeling in an empty cold train station.

Attractive graphical composition. The diagonals are pleasant to follow and the lights under the platform reveal traces of a lighting architect that worked with the station's light decoration. Nice shot George!

This is neat shot, this a clean train station... If I compare with the metro stations I see everyday, this one seems to be spotless! The perspective is excellent and so are the lights and the lines in the image. Well seen!

When I went in Athens in 2000, I was surprised to see exactly the same metro than Brussels's metro and your bus were also "Van Hool". In fact, Van Hool is a belgian company and apprently they have delivered a lot bus in Athens.
This station seem a Belgian station and your picture, even if you were tired, is a success. Lines, colours, sharpness are perfect. Well done!

excellent George! Nice prespective.. but the eye waits to see something at the end of the station.. maybe with a train or some passangers would be better...

Great perspective. The way all lights and lines draw our atention to the end of the train station without any disturbing elements is excellent. Good colors and sharpness.
