Photographer's Note
I was fortunate to visit the Acropolis on a day that Greeks would call cold. There were very few people present and it was great for taking photos. The Erechtheion was built between 421 and 406 BC.

Hello Kevin,
To visit the Acropolis almost alone must have been a great event. Normally it would be almost impossible to take pictures of the famous monuments without a crowd of tourists blocking the view. The uneven rocks and the grass growing between them provide a fine foreground. The clouds form an equally fine backdroop to the temple.
Best regards,
Gert

Hello Kevin,
Very nice picture of this Greek ruins and no tourist around. Great composition. I like your low POV. Looking at the rock around the ruins, I wonder why this temple was build there.
Great work

Hi Kevin
Nice one for sharing this, the Erechtheion is one my favourite buildings. In fact, I have a painting of the caryatids on my wall as I type this!!It must be magical to be at a place like this when there is nobody about, it certainly makes for a fantastic capture.
Best wishes
Noel
