Photographer's Note
I remembered what attracted me to this scene those many years ago- it was the message written about a country that sounded familiar and yet strange. I think the misspelling was symbolic of the state of mind of many migrants who had lived and still live in two worlds- one being their land of birth and the other their adopted country.
Scanned from a B&W film.

Hi Klaudio.
This serie of old post is wonderful and I love them.
And also I love how you manage the black and white and how you are able to see photos like this one.
Regards.

Hello Klaudio,
I like a lot the atmosphere that you created with this b&w image, it seems an old postcard. The vertical format works very well here and the b&w is perfectly managed. Congratulations, TFS.

Ciao Klaudio,
questa serie di vecchie immagini è fantastica, mi riporta la mente alla mia infanzia, un mondo semplice dove la gente viveva tranquilla, un bellissimo bianco e nero.
