Photographer's Note

This shot was taken at Kouros Surf Club,in Anavysos!Anavyssos is a sea-side settlement on the south-east part of Attica prefecture, very close to Athens. It is an area with a history of centuries, since it is inextricably related to ancient Anaflystos, as the archaeological findings reveal. However, the most important finding may be the funerary statue of Kouros Kroisos, ca 530 B.C., which is considered by the historians to be the most artistic Kouros ever made, since this is the only Kouros showing motion (stride). This is also where KOUROS Club took its name from.
Anavyssos bay is a particularly popular destination for the windsurf fans, since the weather conditions allow windsurfers to enjoy their favorite sport throughout the year, due to the strong south winds during winter and the winds that start in spring and last until autumn, creating the ideal preconditions for freeride, freestyle, wave, race and slalom windsurfing.

The blue and gold tones make an interesting contrast under this good light. The colors are well saturated and warm for this presentation of quality.

Hi Chris,

These straw umbrellas look like on the beaches of Egypt. Nice memories from hot tome on the beach. The blue beds look nice against the sand. Nice place to sunbath and swim. But for me, I am quickly bored with it.

beautiful and sunny weather,relaxing beach atmosphere and people having good time at the beach.That´s all you need to have great summertime.
And the composition itself-it´s excellently framed,but I think the most significant thing about it are these vivid,bright colors making the mood here so pleasant.

Κατά κανόνα δεν μου αρέσει ομπρέλες στις παραλίες, κυρίως επειδή είναι άσχημο πλαστικό ή μουσαμά, αλλά η εικόνα στον υπολογιστή σας (φυσικά) είναι πολύ ωραίο. Όμορφη καρτ ποστάλ διακοπών για μια εντυπωσιακή ποιότητα και όμορφα χρώματα.

μια πολύ όμορφη εικόνα με ζεστά χρώματα και ατμόσφαιρα που φαίνονται τόσο μακρινά αυτές τις μέρες (στη Λέρο βρέχει σχεδόν καθημερινά εδώ και μήνες...)
