A very pleasing portrait under an interesting light that brings out his features to good effect. The neutral background helps lift him and offers no distractions. Very good colours and clarity. Sounds a pleasant way to pass the afternoon.

The image is very nice and the subject interesting. I do find the reflection on the plastic wall a little distracting. The composition is very good though and I think you had a good chat and ended with a good portrait. Thanks Ulf.

Great smile, great pose, but also great composed with the man a bit off center. Tricky exposure, but you did very good here on the dark and bright parts. A real good portrait, i like it.

The sun and light are here the difficult opponents, but It's always very difficult for taking a portrait so spontaneous.
An actor or a monk this is the question, but both are very good played.

I've been to a couple of medieval festivals, and there are both actors (paid) and spectators (unpaid) walking around in costume. It's all part of the fun.

And he does look very medieval (well, except for the missing fleas ;-) ). It's a good portrait shot, good use of ambient light and the background.
