a very nice photo mark.
the red roofs are doing well by the blue sky. the composition is very nice and I have the idea you have realy talent for making photo's and important to make compositions this is mean as a compliment to you, have a very good weekend.

Hey Mark,

A beautiful city, well captured. Perfectly composed, with very nice, vibrant colors and lovely clarity. The whole image is nicely sharpened, not too much, not too little, and really gives the perfect impression of a Central European jewel city.

Mark bonjour.
C'est une bonne photo de cette ville avec, en premier plan, les bateaux et l'eau. Les maisons et la tour sont sous une belle lumière pour en révéler toute leur beauté.

I recognised this tower from your previous post from here. You had excellent light and coming from the side it gives you very good contrast. This wider view shows us more detail about this place. I love the strong vibrant colours. Well done

Hi Mark!
Echt ein super neues Bild, die Farben sind fantastisch und der Kontrast zwischen rot und blau ist super. Die Qualität ist umwerfend, die Schärfe ist perfekt, da sieht man das 28-80mm Objektiv!
Die Bildaufteilung find ich auch super, genauso wie deine Perspektive und dein point of view. Der Himmel hier sieht super aus, er kommt durch den Skylight Filter toll heraus (kann höchstens noch von einem Polfilter getoppt werden).
Der Turm ist auch wieder gut platziert, unten am Boden hätte ich allerdings noch ein klein wenig Platz gelassen, sodass das Motorboot noch ganz drauf ist. Die Rottöne (die Häuser rechts) scheinen vll etwas zu dunkel bzw. leicht übersättigt. Aber, abgesehen davon, dass das von Screen zu Screen wieder anders rauskommt, sind das ja auch nur Details.
Der sanfte kleine weiße Rahmen passt gut dazu.

Also das Bild macht deinem Lake Constance Foto ernsthafte Konkurrenz!
Ich persönlich finde es noch besser :-) !!!!!

Excellent scene which you have captured nicely. The lighting and colors are great with excellent sharpness and DOF. Your composition is fine with the inclusion of the marina in the foreground with the beautiful city in the background. The deep blue sky forms a great backdrop for the shot.

So here is a nice maritime setting in the middle of Germany!
Well of course a lake is as good as any for boatlife...
Seems like a colourful city, with lots a fine old architecture and I like the composition a lot!

Absolutely beautiful image, I can see why you love it and many other as well. Your image reflects the charm of this little city. with that kind of quality and fine art you will do just simply the best of photography in your upcoming trip to the US. I'm very curious how you will perform under the new conditions, but this here is highly promising. You can't get better than this here!
