Hi Jeff,
Good choice of black and white that enhances the construction aspect of the Reichstag cupola. The image would be completely abstract if not for the people around, who give it human dimension.
It is interesting to observe all the different reflected images here which look like those old negatives we used in the past. A good title, too :)

A very nice picture of a very interesting building! The crisp photo is made even crisper by the contrast expressed in B&W. thus giving more emphasis on the building's feature. Very well done.
