[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Here you see Chris Atkinson on his Subaru Impreza WRC2007 doing around 190km/h on the Baumholder military training area during the 2007 WRC World Championship race in Trier and surroundings. You get an impression of the speed when you look at the shutter speed. I panned with the car at a 1/200th and still the background gets really blurry. You do not get this effect with slow moving things.
The car you see here is my favorite among the race cars. Tomorrow I will post a car of a huge jump...

Hey Andreas,
I love WRC. I've been watching it on TV for the past few years, with Trier being one of my favorite races & Subaru being one of my favorite manufacturers.
I really like your panning shot of Atkinson's Impreza. It really does show 190km/h. Can't wait to see the jump on your next post!

Very well panned shot. Feeling of speed is great on the background and on wheels too. I like the electric blue colour of Subaru.
