[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I tried my first panning. My assumption was that a biclycle must be easier to catch because it is slower than I car.
The technique is easy. Set a slow speed (1/30 sec.) a move the camera trying to have the mobile motif always in the same position in your viewfinder. After a few tries you get good results.
This photo has been inspired by other nice panning pictures seen in TE.

About the place that we see is also something special. Munster is called the "capital of bicycle" in Germany. In a town with less than 300'000 inhabitants I saw thounsands of cycles in two days I was there. Bicycles rule over cars and I do not recommed you to drive in Munster. Also being a pedestrian you must be careful if you do not want to cause an accident.
This boulevard here is called "die Promenade" and is built where the old city wall was. So it encircles completely the old city and it is like a "highway" for bicycles (and pedestrians; cars are forbidden)to move around the city.

Hej Clemente,
Congratulations on your first panning photo, I find it a very successful one. I should try it once too, I've never done that before. I find the most funny thing that it looks like he's cycling very fast, because of the blurred background. :-) Very well done and thanks for sharing!
Regards,
Lars

Hola Clemente,
