The warm and dry weather in central Europe has several negative effects on agriculture or nature in general... Bees think different. They started producing honey extremely early this year.
If you look closely you can already see the honey combs and trust me: It's delicious!

Great - and very interesting! I've never seen this before. Here I like especially the build up with this quite different blurred background.

Busy bees and busy you. Interesting observation and photo. Here in the States there seems to be a problem with bees dying- entire hives being wiped out. The cause is being researched, but there are no clear answers. There is great concern about pollination issues.

How are things going in Trier?
