Lonely city life... Photo

Photographer’s Note

In the subway of Munich can someone see the lonely city life we are living (at least the ones who live in the city).

One down, one up... I hope you take notice of the one person going up, you can't see him directly but you can see him in the mirror above...

interesting pic, maybe a little too sharp, great depth and very good detail about the reflected person.

I think that in B&W could work too. It would remind me to band Joy Division some promotional pics ;)

This is a great shot Konstantina! I love these type of shots where there is one person surrounded by lots of space. by including all these metallic objects coupled with great sharpness you've given the photo a futuristic look!

I liked it so much that I did a workshop. I'm not saying tbat this photo needs improving on, I just want to show you an alternative version, one that I prefer.

Very nice view with intresting POV of the scene. The reflections are nice and the light is soft and clear. Well composed.

Hello Konstantina,
This is a very clever composition. I love the "hidden" image of the man going up - I didn't notice him until I read your note. The depth and POV are very good, and so is the silver color. The man in this photo may be lonely, but he seems peaceful...here in NYC I have to fight just to get on the escalator sometimes!!
