Photographer’s Note

Main station of Nurmberg, an ICE, the fast german train arrives. We are taken it to go to Bern (Switzerland). But unfortunelly, the train will break down just before Frankfurt. We have to change and the result is that we were about 1.5 hours late at home.

Hi Jacques, amazing shot. the long perspective along the train, as an iron snake is fantastic. it seems really a snake in a forest...but all made of iron and steel!

The tracks makes nice lines leading me up to the train. But the best part here is the smooth glossy futuristic look of the train and how it contrasts to the old station area with its run down winter look. It does not seem to belong here, in spite of the track.

lampadaires! Le museau de cet ICE est aussi bien
impressionnant! J'aurais peut-être cadré un poil plus à
