This a scene from 'Bürger Park', so called Public Park in Bremen. This Park is a nice chance to the ones that needs ease with variety of things to do, like rowing, jogging, riding, cycling, mini-golf, badminton, inline skating, taking a rest in a cafe and bathing in the sun etc.
