[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
A way used to photograph people is doing it without their realising until it is already done. People tend to make their photo face when they see a camera about to shoot'em and "being themselves" factor is gonne. Too much self awareness !! This shot was taken at an outdoor ambient light set to a fast shutter speed and f-stop at 5,1. The moment is fleeting though so, best it is to set successive shots (2 or 3 will do) specialy if you still use film.

Very natural picture, and nice object. B&W is the best for that type of pictures, I think in B&W portraits you can show much more than in colour. Every man looking your picture can see something different. That is imagine... Thanks a lot. MAKI

The major flaw with this picture is that the girl face is blurred. It seems that th focus is set on the lock of her hair on her right chick as they are sharper than the rest of the picture.

Wonderful natural photo - perfect for a b&w shot.

You are lucky to capture, such a natural moment and beautiful smile. I think B/W is definitely the right choice here. I really like the tight crop as well. I actually like the softness in this photo and the way it has a bit of noise, but the focus on the strand of hair on the left is a bit off putting. Otherwise, very nice shot.
Cheers,
Rob.
