Sunday is traditionally the Museum Day for me. Today I visited the famous Neue Pinakothek in Munich. I wanted to get a first impression of the local art works. During the tour I took some pictures with my little camera.

lovely colours this time! I liked the way you incorporated the viewers into the painting that they are viewing. Great framing with excellent clarity and details.
Thanks for sharing and have a great new week.

Good morning Wolfgang,
the visitors of the pinakothek in Munich looks like to be part of the painting taking place in the Independence war of the Greek revolution against the Ottoman empire.
Here a see a scene from Nayplio with the castle on the hill and the Bourzi castle on the right,to completes the whole painting. The brilliant light and the vivid colours make the painting superb.
Have a good week,Danos

Hello Wolfgang - I intended commenting on your previous upload which I thought was really very good, this is along the same lines but I did prefer the other. A pity it disappeared! A clever composition and idea, I really get the sense that the viewers are involved in their observations, especially the lady in orange whose body language is quite readable.
Have a good week

The two ladies in their colourful modern clothes contrast beautifully with the characters depicted in the painting. The framing is excellent with the two women helping create a 3-D effect as we go on to take in the painting, which is laid before us in great detail. Superb colours and clarity.

J'aime beaucoup cette composition, car elle raconte une histoire. Les deux dames sont parfaitement intégrées au tableau et par leur forme et par les couleurs de leurs vêtements.

I am rather disappointed that you deleted the other photo. This has the same idea, and the effect of feeling inside the painting is the same, but like Rosemary I actually prefered the other one. Well, this is also a good photo, but... ;-)

Hello Wolfgang, very good view of this interesting scene of daily life (although I do not block the clothing of the two people who are back with the rest of the scene), very well captured in this great and beautiful photography. Interesting picture with good sharpness, beautiful light and color. Very good and nice job perfectly done, congratulations my friend. Thanks for sharing this interesting work.
Good evening and happy start to the week.
Best wishes from southern Spain.

A very good capture and a very well cropped picture. The ladies here really seem to be participants in the picture, being a natural part of that life. It is just like they could go down to all that people and have a chat with them. A peculiar feeling.

An intelligent and smart way of getting a picture in a museum! I loved your idea and your photo job!
Special regards to the colors (so vivid and wonderful), exposure and, of course, composition!
TFS - congrats,

there's a strange appeal to this scene, I can't exactly put my finger on it, but i'm finding that its drawing me in.
lovely light, especially for being an indoor shot, thats hard to do. intriguing photo.

Hi Wolfgang. Brilliant exposure which enhances the vivid colours and the artist's use of light. As usual, the visitors become an extension of the painting as they attempt to understand the meaning of the work. Regards. Klaudio.
