Die Schmalspurbahn "Molli" verbindet das Ostseebad Kühlungsborn mit Bad Doberan (Landreis Rostock)

Die Bäderbahn Molli, auch Der Molli oder Molli genannt, ist eine dampfbetriebene Schmalspurbahn in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Ihre Spurweite beträgt 900 Millimeter. Die 15,4 Kilometer lange Stichbahn wird heute vom Eisenbahnverkehrsunternehmen Mecklenburgische Bäderbahn Molli (MBB) betrieben und verbindet Bad Doberan mit Heiligendamm und dem Ostseebad Kühlungsborn. Die Fahrtzeit beträgt circa 40 Minuten. Innerhalb Bad Doberans fährt die Bahn auf Rillenschienen, welche im Straßenpflaster liegen, ähnlich einer Straßenbahn, durch die nach ihr benannte Mollistraße. Im weiteren Verlauf ist sie auf Vignolschienen entlang einer Lindenallee trassiert. Zwischen Heiligendamm und Ostseebad Kühlungsborn führt die Strecke parallel zur Ostseeküste über Felder.

Well captured. Perfect timing, or is the train standing still to get such good position. Must have used high shutteer speed to stop the motion. I like the smoke from the chimney. Nice diagonal compo. Bright colours well b alanced with yellow on two sides.

Schon wieder "Nostalgie" !
Ich finde es schon gut, dass diese "oldie"s hie und da noch erhalten werden, ansonsten werden meine Enkelkinder sie nur noch aus Bilderbuechern erleben.
Schoenes Standpunkt und gutes Bildaufbau.

Hello Elvira,
Excellent composition and great capture of the train in a diagonal angle with a far away distance view. I like the strong perspective lines leading away from the train and telephone posts. The grass and rapeseed covering both sides of the frame are a great add and give a nice touch of colour to the image. Well done.

big:) keine Frage, das ist ein viel aufregenderes Bild:)
ein MUSS für jeden Lok-und-Zug-fan
die letzten gelben Rapsflecken geben einen halt für die Augen, die sonst durch die sehr gute Perspektive in die wunderschön suggerierte Ferne "entgleisen" würden
oooh, sooo, jetzt sehe ich... war dabei zu fragen, wo hast diesen blauen Himmel bestellt - ja, das war mal, damals

A picture is pulled out from the past. The train has the charm of the past. The yellow flowers from the sides contrast perfect with the lovely colours of the train.

ja der raps, immer wieder ein Bild wert.. und hier mit dieser tollen Lok samt nhang ein wirklich sehr schönes Bild.. wenn auch schon drei Jahre alt!

Hello Elvira,
I love these old steam engines, still in working order maintained by teams of hobbyists. The point of view and framing are artfully chosen. I like the darkness of the machine between the fields of yellow rapeseed. Excellent light and sharpness. Bravo.
