im Teutoburger Wald, heute, am 23. Februar = Nebel

weather-report of today, 23rd of February: fog, but not cold.
I was a bit surprised that on top of the hills round my city there was more fog than down in the valley.

Hello Elvira,
This is a fine composition with superb colours. The various shades of brown and grey of the trees have created a great composition. The yellow twig remaining on one of the trees is very eye-catching in spite of the discreet colour. I love the hazy grey background which gives the picture a strange and mysterious atmosphere. This looks like it could have been a painting. Very well done.

eine überaus gelungene Komposition, in der die kleinen vorwitzigen Zweige mit den welken Blättern eine große Rolle spielen!
Das Bild sieht aus wie die Kulisse eines Märchenfilms. (Die Atmosphäre ist ein wenig unheimlich.)
Wie bereits von Gert erwähnt, hat das Bild die Qualität eines Kunstwerks. Glückwunsch!

Good moody atmosphere given by the colors of the autumn (or winter) leaves in the fog giving a romantic feeling.

Hello Elvira,

This is a lovely composition depicting an almost dreamlike forest. The shrub coming out of the nearest tree breaks the monotonicity and adds a great touch in terms of graphics and color. The density of the fog gets thicker in the BG and this enhances the mystical feel. A highly artistic image with great atmosphere. Thanks for sharing. Best wishes,

impressive shot with a magical atmosphere, almost eerie! The branch on the tree breaks the repetitive pattern of the trees thats good for the interest. Fine exposure and Pov, well done!

this is a lovely picture. a very simple and effective compositon that really catches the eye of the viewer. the atmosphere is superb with the mist in the background. i love the verticla patterns created by the tree trunks, and the little glimpses of brown leaves is wonderful.

Hello Elvira - This is an exceptionally beautiful piece of work. I love woodland and trees and here you present a subtle and atmospheric image. The delicacy of the trees as they appear through the fog is very good, trunks in varying shades of grey broken only by the russet-coloured leaven on the forest floor and that perfect branch which seems to reach out to the viewer.
