Photographer’s Note
This accordeon player in Quedlinburg probably gets a request this moment. Maybe the other man wants him to play "The TrekEarth Waltz".
Maybe that could work! However, TE doesn´t work for me, I cannot see any pictures at all, just empty squares where the picture would be. And it has been like that for several days now.
What´s happening? Time for a new waltz?

Good morning dear Gunnar,
Wonderfull -typical- German street scene. Nice aged backgrund, perfect moment you've captured. Nice to see the intensive dialogue between the musician and his audience (!).
TFS and have a nice weekend
Best regards

Bonjour Gunnar,
belle scène avec cet artiste de rue et son humilité mais sans doute de grandes qualités de musicien peu récompensées.
Belles lumières et couleurs.
Excellent week-end.

Good morning Gunnar!
Beautiful street scene. What are they discussing ...?! In background it still looks a bit like GDR ;-)
TE-Waltz? It must be a very very slow music ... It really is a fisco the last days ... Please look here. A new site mady by former TE-members who have had enough of the permanent difficulties here.
Greetings from grey and rainy Siegen - have a nice weekend!

Hej Gunnar,
Superb street life scene. I love the way you have captured the expressions on their faces. They seem totally unware of you. Excellent sharpness and detail. TFS and have a nice weekend!

Hello Gunnar,
Perhaps it's the 'Mexican Hat Dance' he is requesting ;-) Well composed street capture with good colours and sharpness. The service on TE has improved markedly this morning after the last few days, just hope it lasts!

Bonjour Gunnar.
J'aime bien la "TrekEarth Waltz" en musique mais j'aime moins la valse de lenteur.
Beau double portrait. Le décor de vieux quartier est plaisant avec ces couleurs d'une autre époque.
Bon week end !

Hello Gunnar,
At last, the photographs have become visible!
I think the man is enquiring about music lessons!
Excellent clarity showing, very precisely, the details of the two focal characters and their environment. This photo really begins a story ...!
Have a good w/e,
Bev :-)

Hej Gunnar,
Finally in Sunday morning TE seems to work again normally and I have been able to see photos. An enchanting daily life photo, where you have caught the expressions of the men in a fine way at the right moment. Well framed in an almost square format and excellent sharpness. Well done!

Hej Gunnar,
A very nice scene, reminding me more of Central America than eastern Germany. Very pleasant soft colours. Also a fine diagonal line from the bag through the accordion and the shoulders of the standing man.
The most surprising thing with this picture is that you managed at all to upload it. For me TE was stone dead from Friday mid-day until Sunday morning.

Bonjour, cher Gunnar,
La vie se déroule devant nous comme un album photo. Les multiples couleurs du temps font virevolter une valse de souvenirs intimes.
Très bonne prise de vue prise sur le vif.
Très belle ambiance reproduite à travers cette composition.
Amitiés.

Hello Gunnar,
TE functions now, or temporarily perhaps. it is a chance that you could publish this image, of an interesting kind, where the human factor is important. It is well seen and quite carried out, in a very natural way, leaving people of the authentic attitudes. Cheer.
Have a nice sunday

Hello Gunnar,
A fine sharp image with excellent exposure.
A very satisfactory composition with the "cameo" of the two men in conversation positioned around the upper right intersection of thirds. The body language of the two, and the interaction of their gaze reinforce this.
There is also a strong diagonal from top right to bottom left directly through this "cameo" area, the accordion and then to the bag laid on the ground.
An illustrative diagram in the WS.
Kind regards,
Peter.

Hej Gunnar,
this is a very charming daily life scene, the facial expressions are so vivid that the image tells a whole story and what else can a photographer want?
Concerning the speed of TE I became very angry today when it was not possible to upload an image for more than an hour (and not to mention the situation on the last four days). Maybe it makes sense to wait for the new site mentioned by Frank.
Warm regards

Hello, Gunnar.
A very fine candid shot of two people in close conversation. The simplicity of the scene and the lack of clutter around the two subjects lends impact to the picture. Peter (graffer) has, as always, in his workshop analysed the composition far better than I could ever do.
The receptive expression on the accordionist's face is wonderful!
Colours and exposure are lovely and the picture is sharp as a pin.
Best Regards,
John.

Hello Gunnar,
An another scene of life very well collected. the attitudes, the expression and the glance of the two peoples are very well collected. A composition very well balalnced with the two peoples well located on the right of the image. The elements of the scene arise very well to the superb green BG.
Have a nice day,

Hello Gunnar,
nice daily life shot with good framing and timing. I like the eye contact between the two men, which expressly underlines the good conversation. I also like the simple advertising on the floor with cash box included. Lovely scene, I like it.

hi Gunnar
You have been able to capture alot of wonderful elements in this scene.
The walkway, the crippled wall, the cripping window sill, the peeling paint, the colourful accordian, and the expression on the mans face.
Excellent work
Have a great weekend
