Photographer’s Note

With Linda, we went 2 times to this little church, in the middle of the Bavarian field, near the well know castles of Ludwig II, Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau.

the first time, Saturday, the sky stayed dull and grey, as it would last all the day, I made some crap pictures I won't show ;)
on the second attempt, Sunday, the clouds went close before sunrise, hoping some good light, we waited there until the background clouds became red.
After the clouds covered all before the light touched the church, but that's another story, will post that soon...

Fabulous shot of a fabulous church taken in fabulous company!!

Yours is better than mine, of course, but that's what I expected. Still, I think I did okay!

The vertical elements of the church and the trees are in a good balance with the horizontal lines, in the mounatains in the back and the white wall.
The colourful cloud is a supperb addition.
You were lucky!

J'aime beaucoup cette petite chapelle à côté des châteaux de Louis II mais je n'ai jamais eu la chance d'avoir une belle luminosité à chacune de mes visites. Ce beau nuage illuminé apporte évidemment beaucoup à ta belle composition.

Bonjour, Didier. Une chapelle joliment encadrée par les arbres qui la mettent bien en valeur. Le tout se détache bien sur un ciel assez agréable à regarder. Bons contrastes et belles couleurs naturelles.

Une composition remarquable ! Bien sûr , cette superbe église encadrée par les arbres est un sujet de choix . Mais avec cette lumière du soir bien captée , et l'éclairage sur le gros cumulus , c'est particulièrement réussi .

Belle prise Didier, un peu sombre peut-être mais le nuage un peu rosé apporte un peu de luminosité. J'aime aussi le rythme amené par les trois arbres.

J'aime beaucoup le nuage couleur pastel en arrière plan.
Je trouve que c'est l'élément, plus que l'église, qui donne son charme à l'image.

Salut Didier! Ja dann versuche ich noch Deine Version, nachdem ich schon Linda's Foto bestaunt habe. Finde ich einfach immer wieder laessig, "same same" anzuschauen - und trotzdem gibt jeder seine eigene spezielle Note in das Bild hinein. Deine Umrahmung finde ich immer wieder toll, sie laesst Raum und Luft ums Bild herum, ohne abzulenken. Good one :))) Schoener Abend, Barbara.
