Photographer’s Note

Schloss is the name of this park and this small museum on the other side of the pond. I found them not far from my hotel, very early in the morning. Not really my usual style, but I couldn't ignore the colors and the very soft and golden light.

The hanging branch with the beautiful fall colors is what makes this photo jump out for me. The stillness of the morning is well depicted in your photo.
If this photo had a sound it would be of birds chirping and the water swayed ever so gently by the soft, and gentle morning winds.

Il n'y a pas de honte Yitzhak à changer de style, bien au contraire. Cette prise de vue est pleine de douceur et très bien composée. La branche aux feuilles colorées de l'automne sur un fond de ce lac donne une impression de relief.
Cette photo pourrait très bien faire l'objet d'une image sur une pochette d'un CD musical.
J'aime beaucoup.

Yes, maybe not your usual style but a very nice picture of fall colors... I like also the reflection of the building in the background. Tough, I find you could do a small rotation to left. Anyway, a good shot where you had the good idea to crop the sky, that was white, I guess...

This is a beauty, Yitzhak! Lovely composed with the water reflections of the museum in BG and colourful autumn branch in FG. Great DOF and very well managed light indeed. Wonderful capture!

See, you can do these "classic" compositions, if you only want :-)
I'm joking, of course. A very nice framing with the foreground branches, the water reflections, the duck and the high horizon line showing the buildings in the soft light. As "Schloss" is German for "palace", the park is obviously named for this building (which seems to lean a little to the right). Very nice shot Itzik, well done.

A soft pastel building and its morning, the stillness is well depicted in your photo. The autumn colors in the overhanging branch are also very attractive. Indeed, Yitzhak I find you could do a small rotation for 2% to left.

You have framed this shot very well, Yitzhak, with the hanging branch in the foreground. I like some of the beautiful colours in the leaves are also present in the trees in the background. The buildings are interesting and their soft reflection is very good. Well seen.

A soft pastel building and its morning reflection, on an hazy morning viewed from the shade of autumn foliage. Refreshingly cool but soft and gentle composition. The dark glaze on the lake and dark shade in the trees provide counterbalance of lightness of this composition. Not your usual style Yitzhak, but a photographer is always a photographer.

the branch, the lonely duck and the nice schloss in the background - fantastic!

i lived about 5 km´s from there, so i´ve seen it a couple times. :-)
