Photographer’s Note
This is a rare shot inside the German Supreme Court, the "Bundesgerichtshof" ("BGH"), because the building is not open to the public. I happened to visit a friend in Karlsruhe, who via his contacts managed for me and a couple of other select friends to visit (Bundesgerichtshof) from the inside. This is a view normal people never get too see, unless they have a court case pending, and even then there's no guarantee that you will see this building. So, all in all, this is a very unique photo. Note the shutter speed - handheld.

So, this is a very "exclusive" shot, Jan, I like your composition, very nice done with the stairs and the statue.
Nice red colours and a good light too !

Good interior shot of the "BGH", Jan. The symmetrical framing works out very well here, and your steady hand sure helped you to retain the details of the stairwell and the elements of interior decor. Very pleasant color tones, and good rendition of the light inside.

very symmetrical and balanced shot
the stairs lead the eyes up and down, its colour well contrasting
I would suggest a little sharpening though, to do the statue right
