da war ich ja seit vielen, vielen jahren schon nicht mehr...tolle aufnahme, das licht und die wolken sind
phantastisch! :-) gut, dass gerade kein hochwasser ist, sonst wäre das wohl alles in den fluten versteckt.

Hi Dimitris,
A very nice photo of this meeting point for two rivers. The quays and flags lead the eye nicely to the water in the background. You had also a fine light and a nice partly cloudy sky. Well captured and thanks for sharing!

Hallo Dimitris. Leider gehört Koblenz noch zu den weißen Flecken auf meiner Landkarte. Ich bin zwar schon widerholt durch diese Stadt gefahren, hatte aber nie Zeit für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Zu Deinem Photo. Das Deutsche Eck wirkt wie der Bug eines Schiffes, das sich im Fluß vorwärts bewegt. Diese Wirkung auf den Betrachter ist verblüffend. Du hast dieses Motiv. vorbildlich realisiert. belle photo de cette vue centrale de la jonction entre la Moselle et le Rhin.
Jolies couleurs et bonne netteté, bonne luminosité.
Grâce a votre excellent POV on se croirait a bord d' un immence bâteau qui avance sur un fleuve.
Magnifique ces nuages qui eux aussi en avançant se rejoignent comme ces cours d' eau.

I like the ^ shaped promenade in the fg, & the blue & white sky. Good contrast, although perhaps I'd burn in the slightly oe highlights. A superb high vantage point, overlooking the river with excellent saturation & sharpness. Tfs!

Lovely meeting of the two rivers. The scene reminds me to “The Moldau Suite” of Smetana in which the music on one moment also expresses the meeting of two rivers.

An important place, a great sky, a good depth but a huge empty space in the foreground and it disturbs me a little. I think a thin horizontal frame would have been ok, even better, without changing the main idea.
