Photographer’s Note

Good Morning Everyone,

My post, today, shows one of the many inns which are on the banks of the Moselle River. I chose this one to photograph because I was able to gain my desired low pov and because it had such a wonderful display of geraniums - nicely matching the umbrellas!

The shot was taken in a pretty town called Cochem. This town was well worth the visit. It had large, open squares full of engaging outdoor cafes (so appealing to British people), a delightful church and for me, the highlight, a fairtale castle perched high on a ridge.

I also remember the town for its outdoor presentation of local wines. My husband and I felt it our duty to sample one or two and give our honest opinions on the quality.

Many thanks for stopping by.
Please feel free to offer feedback on any aspect of the photograph. Bev :-)
